As one of the consumers, the government should punish them appropriately of the law "SCAMMING" and a long punishment of prisonment, also given the International nature of the Internet the programmer should make a program to trace this scammers in the computer, and as an advise to the credit card holders, if an e - mail appear in your computer from the bank company that holds your bank account and said tat they want to verify your account number and password, you should first really the want who send you this e - mail to avoid scamming.
